Be a Part of the Magic of Texas Barrio Fest

At Barrio Fest, we celebrate the spirit of our community with a variety of vendors that range from food and beverages to those selling crafts, clothing, or other products. We also provide a space for public outreach for educational opportunities and local services.

Want to join the fun? Whether you have previously been a vendor at Barrio Fest or are new to our festival, please complete the form and let us know! Please note that spots are limited and going quick. Once you submit your form to us, please make sure you also complete a Special Event Vendors Application (form information below) with the City of Fort Stockton no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 7th, 2026.

What forms do I need to fill out to be a Vendor?

We will need you to fill out a form for Barrio Fest organizers AND a Special Event Permit that must be filed at The City of Fort Stockton. You are responsible to have both filled out and completed no later than 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 7th 2026.

When will vending take place?

Vendors will be operating on Saturday, September 12th, 2026. You may arrive and set-up at 8:00 a.m. but no later than 10:00 a.m. due to road barriers. Vehicles will not be allowed in the area after 10:00 a.m., and you must park in designated "Vendor Parking" areas.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Vendor Booth operating will be open 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.

All booths will begin break down at 11:00 p.m. and road barriers will open after 11:30 p.m.

What do I need to bring for my booth?

Vendors must provide their own displays, tables, racks, shade, etc. alongside any materials and goods you will need to complete your set up. Keep in mind that vehicles will not be allowed into the event area between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. As such, all displays must be set up and ready no later than 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 12, 2026.

Where will my set-up take place?

Booth space will be assigned taking vendors’ needs into consideration, so please indicate any unusual needs you may have when completing the online registration form. That said, preferential space request is upon availability only - first come, first served. We will do our best to fulfill your request; however, we cannot make any guarantees.

This form can be found on the city website at https://www.cityoffortstockton.com/departments/applications.php

Sending this completed form to us at Barrio Fest will not get you a spot. Please submit to the City of Fort Stockton located at 121 W. 2nd Street. For questions regarding this form or other ways to submit, please contact the Code Enforcement Office at (432) 336-8525.

This form must be filled out and returned NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 8th AT 4:00 p.m.
