At Barrio Fest, we celebrate the spirit of our community with a variety of vendors that range from food and beverages to those selling crafts, clothing, or other products. We also provide a space for public outreach for educational opportunities and local services.

Once you submit your form to us, please make sure you also complete a Special Event Vendors Application (form also below) with the City of Fort Stockton no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 8th, 2025.

We will need you to fill out a form (see below) for Barrio Fest organizers AND a Special Event Permit that must be filed at The City of Fort Stockton. You are responsible to have both filled out and completed no later than 4:00 p.m. Monday, September 8th 2025.
Vendors will be operating on Saturday, September 13th, 2025. You may arrive and set-up at 8:00 a.m. but no later than 10:00 a.m. due to road barriers. Vehicles will not be allowed in the area after 10:00 a.m., and you must park in designated "Vendor Parking" areas.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Non-Profits/Community Outreach Booths will be open between 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Vendor Booth operating will be open 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
All booths will begin break down at 11:00 p.m. and road barriers will open after 11:30 p.m.
Vendors must provide their own displays, tables, racks, shade, etc. alongside any materials and goods you will need to complete your set up. Keep in mind that vehicles will not be allowed into the event area between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. As such, all displays must be set up and ready no later than 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2025.
Booth space will be assigned taking vendors’ needs into consideration, so please indicate any unusual needs you may have when completing the online registration form. That said, preferential space request is upon availability only - first come, first served. We will do our best to fulfill your request; however, we cannot make any guarantees.
Please make sure you either print this form or pick a copy up from the City of Fort Stockton. Ensure it's filled out and returned no later than September 8th NO LATER THAN 4:00 p.m.
